1. Who we are

AI Chatty provides a Chrome extension, website, dashboard, and backend API for generating draft replies and translations. AI Chatty is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OnlyFans or Fenix International Limited.

2. Information we collect

We may collect the following information when you use AI Chatty:

• Account data: email address, hashed password, email verification status, login/session tokens, account status.
• Subscription and billing data: selected plan, payment request ID, payment status, subscription start/end dates, provider references. We do not store full card numbers.
• Extension settings: language preferences, translation settings, and your persona/prompt settings used to customize generated drafts.
• Usage data: counts of generated replies/translations, timestamps, rate-limit/security events, and basic technical logs needed to keep the service stable.
• Support data: messages or information you send to us when requesting help.

3. Chat context and AI requests

When you click an AI action in the Chrome extension, visible chat context and your current draft may be sent to the AI Chatty backend to generate a reply or translation. This context is processed only to provide the requested AI output.

We do not intentionally store raw private conversations in our database by default. Technical logs are kept limited and should not include full chat content unless needed for debugging a support issue you explicitly report.

4. How we use information

We use collected information to:

• create and secure your account;
• verify email and prevent abuse/spam registrations;
• provide AI reply drafting and translation features;
• manage subscription access and payment status;
• maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the service;
• respond to support requests;
• comply with legal, security, and fraud-prevention obligations.

5. Third-party processors

AI Chatty may use trusted third-party providers to operate the service, including:

• AI providers to generate draft replies and translations through our backend proxy;
• payment providers to process subscription payments;
• email providers to send verification, password reset, and service messages;
• Google reCAPTCHA to protect registration forms from abuse;
• hosting and infrastructure providers to run the website, API, database, and logs.

These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to AI Chatty.

6. Chrome extension permissions

The AI Chatty extension requests access only to supported chat pages and the AI Chatty API. The extension does not store OpenAI/API secrets and does not automatically send messages on your behalf. Generated text is a draft for the user to review and send manually.

7. Cookies, local storage, and tokens

The website may use browser storage for login tokens and basic settings. The Chrome extension uses Chrome storage for extension settings and authentication state. You can clear this data by logging out, removing the extension, or clearing browser data.

8. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including hashed passwords, backend-only API secrets, HTTPS, access controls, and limited data collection. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce risk and avoid unnecessary storage of sensitive chat content.

9. Data retention

We retain account, subscription, and payment-status records while your account is active and as needed for security, accounting, dispute handling, and legal compliance. Limited technical logs may be retained for service stability and abuse prevention. You may request account deletion through support.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can also stop using AI Chatty by logging out, uninstalling the extension, or contacting support for account deletion.

11. Age and acceptable use

AI Chatty is intended for adults and professional creator-side use. You are responsible for using AI Chatty lawfully and for reviewing AI-generated drafts before sending any message.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, legal requirements, or security practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
